Logos Learning Center — Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Logos Learning Center (“LLC,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) Affiliate Program. By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Logos Learning Center is an online educational platform dedicated to providing high-quality, transformative courses in Biblical studies, Christian living, discipleship, and personal development.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age.

    • Have a valid and active platform (website, social media, email list, etc.) through which you will promote LLC courses.

    • Submit a completed affiliate application and receive written or electronic approval from Logos Learning Center.

Logos Learning Center reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates who are accepted into the program will receive a commission rate as set and determined by Logos Learning Center. The commission rate will be communicated to the Affiliate upon approval into the program.

    • Commission rates are established solely by Logos Learning Center and are subject to change at any time at the administration’s discretion.

    • Logos Learning Center reserves the right to modify, reduce, or revoke commission rates or affiliate status at any time, with or without prior notice, provided the program is not being abused.

    • Any changes to commission rates will apply to sales made after the effective date of the change.

4. Affiliate Conduct & Program Integrity

Affiliates agree to promote Logos Learning Center and its courses in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner consistent with the values and mission of the Company. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

    • Misrepresenting Logos Learning Center, its courses, pricing, or any affiliated content.

    • Using spam, deceptive advertising, or misleading claims to generate referrals.

    • Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or artificially inflating clicks or conversions.

    • Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws in connection with your affiliate activities.

Abuse of the affiliate program — including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, manipulation of tracking links, or violation of these Terms — will result in immediate termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

By signing up for the Logos Learning Center Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Logos Learning Center assumes no responsibility and is not legally liable for any issues, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of income, technical issues, changes in commission structure, or termination of the program.

    • Logos Learning Center makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions an Affiliate may earn.

    • The Affiliate is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions received.

6. Termination

Logos Learning Center reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse of the program, or discontinuation of the Affiliate Program altogether.

Upon termination, any earned and verified commissions may be paid out at the Company’s discretion, provided no fraudulent activity has occurred.

7. Modifications to Terms

Logos Learning Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Agreement

By enrolling in the Logos Learning Center Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
